I've been doing all of the above for the past 7 months. My hair is growing like crazy and my ends are no longer dry and brittle. Also, I do not suffer from dry scalp or split ends. I also have natural hair with no color or relaxer.

The nature of the hair varies from person to person ..but the chemical composition used in the products never changes. So a single product cannot bring same effective results to every one.

These type of products always have a side effects.

I've never used them either but seems to me that they certainly wouldn't do any harm.
